Our factory has safety factor testing machine to test the bulk bag as a whole if the safety factor achieves 5:1 or 6:1 or more. Most factories do not have the safety factor testing machine but just rely on the thread or cloth tension test. But if the loop quality is not good, the thread and sewn have problem, the quality of the bulk bag still can be failed for the safety factor testing.

Our factory tests the first bulk bag in the production and make sure the safety factor achieves the requirement before bulk bag production to control the quality but not just make the product by experience.
